1. Conditions for order cancellation
- Before Tiximax purchases the item: The customer may request to cancel the order and will receive a 100% refund of the product cost paid.
- After Tiximax has successfully purchased the item from the overseas partner: The customer cannot cancel the order unless the overseas seller agrees to accept a return and issue a refund (the customer bears all return costs incurred).
- For Yahoo Auction bidding orders: The order absolutely cannot be canceled once the bid has been won.
2. Refunds from Tiximax
- Tiximax provides a 100% refund in the following cases: Goods are lost during international shipping under Tiximax’s responsibility; as clearly defined in the cargo insurance policy.
- Refund processing time: Within 3 to 5 business days from the official conclusion of the incident investigation.
3. Refund procedure
- The customer provides the receiving bank account information through Tiximax’s official support channel.
- Tiximax verifies the transaction history and processes the refund bank transfer.
