We give you the address once the order exists. Send it yourself, or have the shop or the marketplace seller send it directly. Arrival shows in the system as soon as it lands.

Inspection, weighing and packing
We check quantity and condition against the order, measure actual weight and all three dimensions, then pack for impact and damp according to what is inside. Wooden crating and special packing are arranged in advance where they are needed.

Once the chargeable weight is fixed we give you the total, freight and any surcharges included. Nothing flies before you have seen it.
