No. We buy at the same price a Vietnamese retailer would charge, with nothing added for the service. You pay for the goods and the actual outlays.
It depends on the handling class: Clean Goods runs 5–7 working days from despatch, Mixed Goods 7–10. Buying the goods and receiving them at the warehouse takes time on top of that.
Only as Mixed Goods — Clean Goods does not take food, cosmetics or medicines. And for cosmetics, medicines, meat products, seeds and fruit, we may accept them in Vietnam but clearance into Japan is not guaranteed.
In Japanese yen. No foreign credit card is needed.
Above 140cm for the three sides together (60cm + 40cm + 40cm is the worked example), or above 30kg actual weight, the shipment is charged on volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 6,000).
Cargo insurance costs 4% of the declared value and pays against that value. Without it, compensation is limited to the freight you paid, capped at 3,000,000 VND per shipment.
