Create the order at sys.tiximax.net or tell your contact. We need the description, the quantity, an approximate weight or size, the Philippine delivery address, and anything special about the goods.

Send it to the Tokyo warehouse
We give you the address once the order exists. Send phones and used devices in their original boxes — the number of boxes has to match the number of devices.

Inspection, measuring and packing
We measure the three sides and the actual weight against the 140cm and 30kg limits, and split the shipment if it is over. Then we pack for impact and damp according to what is inside.
- 04
Quotation and payment
Once the chargeable weight is fixed we give you the total. The rate does not move with weight, so fixing the weight fixes the freight.
- 05
Air transport
On a scheduled flight to the Philippines, usually 5–7 days. We do not run a sea service.

Export and import clearance
We file the Japanese export declaration and the Philippine import declaration, prepare the documents, and attend any physical inspection.

Handover in Makati
Cleared goods are received at our Makati warehouse and handed over there. Onward delivery to your address can be arranged; domestic delivery charges are paid directly to the local carrier.

Size and weight limits
If any side exceeds 60×40×40cm, the three sides together exceed 140cm, or the actual weight exceeds 30kg, the shipment is charged on volumetric weight (L×W×H÷6000).
Insurance and compensation
Cargo insurance is 4% of the declared value. Without insurance, compensation is the freight paid, capped at ₱7,050 per shipment.
Restrictions
- Large quantities of laptops, iPads, MacBooks and Apple Watches are restricted. Cigars, counterfeit and imitation goods are not accepted.
- Mobile phones are limited to 10 units per week, each in its own original box.
